为了研究固体燃料冲压发动机(SFRJ)旋流流场特性,设计了一种轴向斜孔式旋流器,推导出旋流数计算式.使用数值模拟的方法计算了不同斜孔角与不同背压下的燃烧室旋流冷流流场,研究了旋流数、旋流流场结构以及总压损失等内容.旋流器出口旋流数的理论计算值与数值计算值相比差别较小,可以满足工程需要.可通过改变斜孔角度、背压等参数改变燃烧室入口旋流数,燃烧室内中心回流区与突扩台阶回流区的总压损失最大.
In order to study the characteristics of swirling flow field of solid fuel ramjet engine (SFRJ), an axial swirling swirler was designed and the calculation formula of swirling flow was deduced.The numerical simulation method was used to calculate the swirling flow angle The swirling flow field of the combustor was studied, and the contents of swirl number, swirling flow field structure and total pressure loss were studied.The theoretical and swirl flow numbers at the outlet of the swirler were less than the calculated value, Which can meet the engineering requirements.Changes of inlet swirl number in the combustion chamber can be changed by changing the angle of inclined hole, back pressure and other parameters, and the total pressure loss in the center recirculation zone and protruding backwater zone of combustion chamber is the largest.
