人体内血尿素氮的含量与运动量、运动强度及恢复程度密切相关。目前在不少项目的训练中已应用血尿素氮来监控运动员的身体机能状态和训练结果。但血尿素氮在举重项目中目前还没有人进行系统的追踪研究。本人选取血尿素氮为主要指标,对省女子举重队八运会参赛运动员进行为期两年的追踪,重点研究血尿素氮在举重运动训练中的变化特点及对训练的监督指导作用。
The content of blood urea nitrogen is closely related to the amount of exercise, exercise intensity and degree of recovery. At present, blood urea nitrogen has been used to monitor athletes’ bodily functions and training results in the training of many projects. However, blood urea nitrogen in the weight lifting project so far no systematic follow-up study. I choose blood urea nitrogen as the main index of the provincial women’s weightlifting team eight Olympic Games athletes for a two-year follow-up, focusing on the changes in blood urea nitrogen in weight training exercise characteristics and supervision and guidance of training.
