本文主要研究了表面处理剂种类、用量对HDPE/Nano-CaCO3复合材料性能的影响。结果表明 ,由于钠米CaCO3粒子粒径的急剧减少和表面物理化学状况已发生较大变化 ,偶联剂用量的单分子层理论模型已不再适用于纳米粒子填料 ;处理剂种类对复合材料性能影响不大 ,但处理剂用量对复合材料的冲击性能、纳米粒子在基体中的分散却有明显影响。
In this paper, we mainly study the influence of surface treatment agent on the properties of HDPE / Nano-CaCO3 composites. The results show that due to the rapid decrease of CaCO3 particle size and the change of surface physico-chemical conditions, the theoretical model of single-layer molecular coupling agent is no longer suitable for nano-particle fillers. The effects of different treatment agents on the properties of composite materials Little effect, but the amount of treatment agent impact properties of composite materials, nano-particles in the matrix dispersion has a significant impact.
