目的:建立复方银杏叶片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱鉴别法鉴别处方中的主要成分葛根素和槲皮素;采用高效液相色谱法测定葛根素和槲皮素的含量。结果:葛根素和槲皮素的薄层色谱具有鉴别特征;葛根素在进样量0.102~1.02μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998,平均回收率为99.21%,RSD=0.34%;槲皮素在进样量0.081~0.81μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9998,平均回收率为99.12%,RSD为0.61%(n=6)。结论:复方银杏叶片质量可控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of compound ginkgo leaf. Methods: The main components of puerarin and quercetin were identified by TLC method. The contents of puerarin and quercetin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS: Thin layer chromatography of puerarin and quercetin had distinguishing characteristics. The linear relationship between the puerarin and the peak area was in the range of 0.102-1.02 μg. The correlation coefficient was 0.9998 and the average recovery was 99.21%. RSD was 0.34. %; Quercetin has a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.081~0.81μg. The correlation coefficient is 0.9998, the average recovery rate is 99.12%, RSD is 0.61% (n=6). Conclusion: The quality of compound ginkgo leaf can be controlled.
