陈騊声,福州人,1899年生,北京国立工业大学毕业,美国路易斯安那大学理学士。历任山东溥益酒精厂工程师、上海中国酒精厂总化学师,北京大学、中央大学、复旦大学,上海科技大学等校教授,上海微生物工业研究所顾问,中国化学会理事,上海化学化工学会副理事长等职。年过九旬,仍为本刊撰稿,介绍了他对酒精发酵的贡献及其治学精神。编辑在发稿时得知他不幸去世,在此表示对他的敬意和悼念。
Chen Ying, Fuzhou, born in 1899, graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology, University of Louisiana, BSc. He used to be the engineer of Shandong Puyi Alcohol Factory, the chief chemist of Shanghai China Alcohol Factory, the professor of Peking University, Central University, Fudan University, Shanghai University of Science and Technology, the consultant of Shanghai Institute of Microbial Industry, the director of Chinese Chemical Society, the vice director of Shanghai Chemical and Chemical Engineering Society Long-term job. Over ninety years old, is still writing articles, describes his contribution to alcoholic fermentation and its academic spirit. At the time of writing, the editor learned of his unfortunate death, in which he expressed his respect and tribute.
