随着加工番茄连年种植,病虫害的种类也在不断增加,发病与危害程度也越来越严重,特别是土传病害影响更广泛,也更深远。2009年初步观察到了加工番茄黄萎病,并开始进行研究。新疆石河子有关加工番茄黄萎病害发现与观察研究方面的报道还未见到,本研究的重点是对加工番茄黄萎病的田间病状、室内病症及病原菌株进行观察;对加工番茄病原菌大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahliae Kleb.TVSHZ)的培养、鉴定、纯化及增殖进行了探索;对其主要生物学特性进行了观察,以便对加工番茄黄萎病有更多的了解。
As processed tomatoes are planted year after year, the types of pests and diseases are also increasing, and the incidence and damage are becoming more and more serious. In particular, soil-borne diseases have a broader and far-reaching impact. In 2009, we initially observed the processing of tomato verticillium wilt and started the study. The reports on the discovery and observation of Verticillium dahliae in processed tomato in Shihezi, Xinjiang have not been reported yet. The focus of this study is to observe the field symptoms, indoor diseases and pathogenic strains of Verticillium dahliae in tomato processing. The culture, identification, purification and proliferation of Verticillium dahliae Kleb. TVSHZ were explored. The main biological characteristics of Verticillium dahliae Kleb. TVSHZ were observed in order to gain a better understanding of Verticillium dahliae Kleb.
