介绍玻璃钢泡沫保温热力管道预制生产工艺流程、技术参数和主要设备的特点。该管道直径426～1020mm、运行压力12．5MPa、输送介质为高温水（设计温度150℃，工作温度115℃），采用“管中管”法生产，取得了显著的效益。
Introduction FRP foam thermal insulation prefabricated production process, technical parameters and the characteristics of major equipment. The pipe diameter 426 ~ 1020mm, operating pressure 12.5MPa, the transmission medium is high temperature water (design temperature 150 ℃, operating temperature 115 ℃), the use of “tube in the tube” method of production, and achieved significant benefits.
