本文对坦京斯克(Тайгинский)难选鳞片石墨矿石进行了深入的研究。结果发现,将该矿石样在300℃下热处理35min,即可使精矿中碳回收率由64.71%提高到86.31%,而在105℃下热处理只能使精矿中的碳回收率稍有提高。为查明机理,对该矿石进行了热分析及红外光谱分析。研究表明,在该石墨鳞片的表面上存在着一层含有C=C双键原子团的有机物薄膜,它阻止浮选剂在石墨表面的吸附。该有机物薄膜的蒸发温度为110~190℃,当在300℃下热处理难选矿石时,这层薄膜被破坏,因而矿石的可浮性得到了显著提高。由于在工业条件下热处理耗资巨大,故本文又对KOH和Na_2CO_3对难选石墨矿石浮选指标的影响进行了研究。工业试验结果表明,加入4.2kg/t Na_2CO_3,可使精矿中碳回收率提高到87.9%,精矿灰分含量降到10.3%。
In this paper, in-depth study of Тайгинский refractory scale graphite ores has been carried out. The results showed that the ore sample after heat treatment at 300 ℃ 35min, can make the concentrate carbon recovery from 64.71% to 86.31%, while the heat treatment at 105 ℃ only make the concentrate slightly increased carbon recovery . To identify the mechanism, the ore was analyzed by thermal analysis and infrared spectroscopy. Studies have shown that there is a thin organic film containing C = C double bond atoms on the surface of the graphite flake, which prevents the adsorption of the flotation agent on the graphite surface. The evaporation temperature of the organic film is 110 to 190 ° C. When the refractory ore is heat-treated at 300 ° C, the thin film is destroyed and the floatability of the ore is remarkably improved. Due to the huge cost of heat treatment under industrial conditions, this paper also studies the influence of KOH and Na_2CO_3 on flotation index of refractory graphite ore. Industrial test results show that adding 4.2kg / t Na_2CO_3 can increase the recovery of carbon in concentrate to 87.9%, and concentrate ash content to 10.3%.
