Tachinomi Style起源于日本的江户时期,一家酒类零售店给客户提供简单的小吃之后,大家渐渐地在店里把买来的酒当场就打开喝,慢慢地变为了一家站立式的居酒屋。这种模式的优点在于快速,高性价比和休闲轻松。日本东京的新桥站有许多TACHINOMI(standing-bar)的小酒馆。每天白领下班后的5、6点开始就挤满了客人,小小的店里除了没有椅子的同时店主会快速的提供自家制的各种特色小吃以及酒水,而价位往往是一般餐厅的一半以下。这些客人大多数是老客人,客人和客人之间也会互相认识。
