以钛酸四丁酯(TBT)为钛源、与无水乙醇作为无机前驱体,利用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol-gel method)制备纳米二氧化钛(Nano-TiO2)/木材复合材料。对试件进行含水率调节预处理后,真空浸注于二氧化钛溶胶水溶液中、再对沉积于木材中的凝胶进行陈化后,最终制备获得复合材料。经XRD、SEM和热重和热流分析,二氧化钛呈锐钛矿型并分布在细胞壁上,材料热稳定性变化明显。
Nano-TiO2 / wood composites were prepared by sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate (TBT) as titanium source and anhydrous ethanol as inorganic precursors. After adjusting the moisture content of the test piece, the test piece is immersed in a titania sol solution under vacuum and then the aged gel deposited on the wood is aged to obtain a composite material finally. The results of XRD, SEM and thermogravimetry and thermal analysis show that the titanium dioxide is anatase and distributed on the cell wall. The thermal stability of the material changes obviously.
