甲基黄酮醇胺盐酸盐(methvlflavonola-mine hydrochloride,MFA)是上海医药工业研究院在四甲基乙酯黄酮,(4’-methylreco-rdin)的基础上新合成的黄酮类化合物,实验结果已表明它具有明显的抗缺血性心律失常的作用。本实验进一步观察该药对缺血心肌单相动作电位(MAP)与功能不应期(FRP)的影响,借以分析抗心律失常的作用机理。
Methvlflavonola-mine hydrochloride (MFA) is a newly synthesized flavonoid based on tetramethyl ethyl ester flavonoid (4’-methylreco-rdin) from Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry. The experimental results It has been shown to have a clear anti-ischemic arrhythmia effect. This experiment further observed the drug on ischemic myocardial monophasic action potential (MAP) and functional refractory period (FRP), in order to analyze the mechanism of anti-arrhythmia.
