随着我国教育的不断改革与发展,高等教育开始重视对人才的培养。在新时代背景下,我国高校教育改革与发展具备良好的基础环境与外部环境。因此,美术院校要及时更新教学理念,采取正确的教学方法,为社会的发展培养更多的人才。基于此本文针对美术院校人才培养模式进行了简要阐述,并提出几点个人看法,仅供参考。
With the continuous reform and development of education in our country, higher education has begun to attach importance to the cultivation of qualified personnel. In the new era background, the reform and development of higher education in our country have a good foundation environment and external environment. Therefore, art colleges should update their teaching philosophy in time and adopt the correct teaching methods so as to train more talents for the development of society. Based on this, this paper gives a brief exposition of personnel training mode in fine arts colleges and puts forward some personal opinions for reference purposes only.
