体育活动对小学生的身体和心理健康起着十分重要的作用,然而小学生对参与体育锻炼的厌恶心理是阻碍体育活动顺利开展的重要因素。本文从小学生的心理特点出发,综合小学生厌恶情绪在体育活动中的表现,寻找出了小学生厌恶参与体育活动的原因,最后针对具体的制约及积极参与的因素,提出了消除小学生厌恶心理的方法和建议。
