去年,北京地铁总公司党委在全体党员中开展了无政治事故、无安全事故、无质量事故、无服务纠纷的“四无”活动。许多基层党支部在对党员进行深入宣传发动的基础上,纷纷结合自己的实际,细化了活动的具体内容,制订了周密的措施。但有个别党支部为了表示自己从严治党的决心,对党员立下了特殊的规定:如果党员在工作岗位上出了问题,没有达到“四无”的要求,在奖金上实行双倍的处罚。我感到这种做法不妥,实际是混淆了党内教育与正常的生产组织活动的区别。 Last year, the party committee of Beijing Subway Corporation carried out a “No-No ” activity among all Party members without any political accident, no safety accident, no quality accident and no service dispute.
