血管性痴呆是与脑血管因素有关的痴呆,包括缺血性或出血性脑血管病或是心脏和循环障碍引起的脑血流低灌注而引起的各种临床痴呆。目前该病的发病率正随着人口老龄化的加重而在逐步上升,在中国老年人中痴呆的发病率达3.9%,其中血管性痴呆占68.5%[1]。该病导致患者认知功能障碍,危害了患者的身体健康,降低了患者的生活质量。对其可能引起血管性痴呆的因素进行研究有利于提前预防疾病的发生。本文研究血管性痴呆的危险性因素,旨在找出危险因素,现将结果陈述如下。
