本文介紹了一种簡便的大白鼠后足光电测压法,在室温下能正确地測定清醒动物的血压。与頸动脉高頻直接測压法相比較,在麻醉时及麻醉下注射腎素、去甲腎上腺素和六烃双銨时,均呈显著相关(相关系数分別为0.94及0.88、0.95、0.85)。对23只正常大白鼠在清醒状态下不同时間各进行了6—8次血压测定,变异系数为2.3—9.5%,23只大白鼠175次血压平均值为117±8.6毫米汞柱。
This article describes a simple rat hind foot photometric method that measures the blood pressure of conscious animals accurately at room temperature. Compared with the direct carotid high frequency direct manometry, there was a significant correlation between the injection of renin, norepinephrine and hexaalkafamide under anesthesia and anesthesia (correlation coefficients were 0.94 and 0.88,0.95,0.85, respectively). Twenty-three blood pressure measurements were performed on 23 normal rats at different times during awake conditions with a coefficient of variation of 2.3-9.5%. The average blood pressure of 175 rats of 23 rats was 117 ± 8.6 mmHg.
