本文对液态金属钠在环管热进口段部分的紊流换热做了试验研究.实验的主要特性参数如下:环管通道之直径比d_2/d_1=1.54;热流密度q=50W/cm~2;雷诺数Re=2×10~4-1.5×10~5;贝克来数Pe=122-1078.分析表明,实验值与理论值吻合良好.最后,分别给出稳定段和热进口段的努塞尔数以及热进口段长度的计算式:Nu(∞)=(4.6+0.015Pe~(0.78))(d_2/d_1)~(0.3) Nu(z)=0.46Nu(∞)(PeDe/z)~(0.25)L/De=0.1197Pe/1+0.00092PrRe~(1.092)
In this paper, the turbulent heat transfer of liquid metallic sodium in the hot inlet section of the loop was investigated.The main characteristics of the experiment were as follows: the diameter of the loop pipe was d2 / d1 = 1.54, the heat flux was q = 50W / cm ~ 2 ; Reynolds number Re = 2 × 10 ~ 4-1.5 × 10 ~ 5; Baker number Pe = 122-1078. The analysis shows that the experimental values agree well with the theoretical values. Finally, Saul number and the length of the hot inlet section are calculated as follows: Nu (∞) = (4.6 + 0.015Pe ~ (0.78)) (d_2 / d_1) ~ (0.3) Nu (z) = 0.46Nu (∞) ) ~ (0.25) L / De = 0.1197Pe / 1 + 0.00092PrRe ~ (1.092)
