鼻出血是耳鼻咽喉科常见急症之一,其病因众多,出血量也多少不等,但部分病人常常数日不愈,给病人带来较多痛苦。本文收集1997年1月1998年1月两院256例鼻出血病人,病人均收得了即刻止血的效果,报告如下。 1 临床资料 1997年1月～1998年1月两医院以鼻窦镜下射频治疗鼻出血256例,男183例,女83;年龄6～79岁;单侧162例,双侧94例;表面麻醉和局部麻醉,不合作小儿给予全麻。出血部位:鼻中隔前下方
