以新城金矿V~#矿体-580中段采场为研究对象,利用FLAC~(3D)软件进行采场稳定性模拟研究,计算分析6种不同采场结构参数引起的采场顶板应力、位移变化特征,得出最佳采场结构参数。结果表明:在二步矿柱开挖过程中,二步矿柱周围的介质向空区位移变形,采空区中间产生较大变形,顶板垂直位移随着二步矿柱的开采逐渐增大,但最终趋于稳定。在6种方案回采过程中,方案2和方案5与其他方案相比,顶板位移、应力相对较小。基于矿山高效回采及成本考虑,建议采用分层高度5m,采场宽度8m,矿房超前一步矿柱6分层的采场方案。
Taking the stope of V ~ # 580 in Xincheng Gold Mine as the research object, the FLAC 3D software was used to simulate the stope stability and the stress and displacement of stope roof caused by 6 different stope structures were calculated and analyzed. Based on the high-efficiency mining and cost considerations, it is recommended to adopt stope scheme with 5m stratification height, 8m stope width and 6 strata ore pillar ahead of mine.
