以棉秸秆粉末为试验原料,利用甲酸对其进行预处理,探讨甲酸浓度、处理时间和处理温度对纤维素浆粕得率的影响,以及前处理的较优工艺参数,并研究了在较优工艺条件下预处理对浆粕形貌和结构的影响。结果表明,棉秸秆粉末预处理较优工艺条件为:甲酸质量分数10%、处理温度80℃、处理时间120 min。在此条件下处理的棉秸秆粉末的颜色比原样略深,表面原有的碎片不断消失,同时出现了较浅的沟槽;结晶区百分比增大导致X-衍射曲线在21.9°处的波峰变得尖锐;红外光谱验证了该预处理可以降低棉秸秆粉末中半纤维素和木质素的含量;热重曲线证实了原棉秸秆粉末在290℃时存在的肩峰经甲酸预处理后消失。
Taking cotton straw powder as raw material and using formic acid to pretreat it, the effects of formic acid concentration, treatment time and treatment temperature on the yield of cellulose pulp and the pretreatment process parameters were studied.
