茴茴蒜为云南部分地区水杨梅的习用品种,来源于毛茛科毛茛属植物茴茴蒜Ranunculuschinensis的全草。本文对其原植物、性状、显微及理化特征作了初步研究。
Anthocyanin-based garlic is a common species of sageberry in parts of Yunnan. It is derived from the whole plant of Ranunculus chinensis. This paper made a preliminary study on the original plant, character, microscopic and physicochemical characteristics.
