目的 了解杭州市乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗纳入儿童计划免疫后,医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种情况。方法 采取分层随机抽样的方法,对4 36 2名新生儿进行调查。结果 医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种率、及时接种率分别为95 . 87%、95 .76 % ,母亲HBsAg阳性率7. 83%。结论 杭州市医院产房新生儿首针乙肝疫苗的接种工作开展较好。
Objective To understand the vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine in newborns in the hospital maternity ward after the planned hepatitis B (HB) vaccine was introduced into children in Hangzhou. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to investigate 4 362 newborns. Results The inoculation rate and timely vaccination rate of the first-dose hepatitis B vaccine in neonatal delivery room were 95.87% and 95.76% respectively, while the positive rate of HBsAg in mother’s hospital was 7.33%. Conclusions The inoculation of the first-dose hepatitis B vaccine in neonatal delivery room in Hangzhou hospital is better.
