目的：研究补中益气汤对小鼠非特异性免疫功能影响。方法：以补中益气汤胃饲利血平致脾虚小鼠和正常小鼠。检测补中益气汤对脾虚及正常小鼠脾脏及胸腺指数、红细胞免疫功能、ＮＫ细胞活性、腹腔巨噬细胞分泌肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）活性的影响。结果：脾虚小鼠经补中益气汤治疗后，免疫指标基本恢复正常，脾脏指数、胸腺指数、ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３ｂＲ花环率、ＲＢＣ－ＩＣ花环率、ＮＫ 细胞活性、ＴＮＦ活性分别恢复至（４．２８３±１．４７４） ｍ ｇ／ｇ、（２．２６２±０．４９７）％ 、（９．７８２±１．３６７）％ 、（８．７５３±１．４３６）％ 、（１７．３３２±６．０１７）％ 、（１４．９９７±５．７８３）％ 。结论：补中益气汤能明显恢复脾虚小鼠低下的非特异性免疫功能，而对正常小鼠无调节作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on non-specific immune function in mice. Methods: Spleen deficiency mice and normal mice were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. The effects of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on spleen and thymus index, erythrocyte immune function, activity of NK cells, activity of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) secreted by peritoneal macrophages in spleen deficiency and normal mice. RESULTS: After the mice with spleen deficiency were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction, the immune indexes basically returned to normal, and spleen index, thymus index, RBC-C3bR rosette rate, RBC-IC rosette rate, NK cell activity and TNF activity were restored to (4. 283±1.474) m g/g, (2.262±0.497)%, (9.782±1.367)%, (8.753±1.436)%, (17.332±6) .017)%, (14.997±5.783)%. Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can significantly restore the non-specific immune function of spleen deficiency mice, but it has no effect on normal mice.
