耳廓假性囊肿以往采用囊壁穿刺抽液加速囊腔冲洗及局部加压包扎治疗疗效差,且易复发。自1994年5月始,我们参照于德先等的经验,采用囊壁开窗加局部包扎法治疗8例,取得满意效果。现介绍如下。
