NMR成象是基于诱发和监控核磁矩在磁场中的共振能力。利用强度随位置变化的磁场,确定共振核的位置和浓度是可能的。从而可以建立反映组织中核分布的图象。因为氢对NMR是稳定核最敏感的,而且在人体中也是大量的,因此氢对NMR 成象的研究是最理想的。
NMR imaging is based on the ability to induce and monitor the nuclear magnetic resonance in a magnetic field. It is possible to determine the position and concentration of resonant nuclei using a magnetic field whose intensity varies with position. Thus, an image reflecting the nuclear distribution in the organization can be established. Because hydrogen is the most sensitive to NMR for stable nuclei and is also abundant in humans, hydrogen is most desirable for NMR imaging studies.
