激光直接烧结成形技术是在激光熔覆技术和快速原型及制造技术的基础上发展起来的一项先进的制造技术 ,其发展趋势是直接制造金属零件。本文采用Ni基和Co基合金粉末进行了激光烧结实验 ,利用激光烧结直接成形工艺进行了单道烧结试验 ,研究了不同工艺参数对成形性和表面质量的影响规律 ,同时使用SEM分析了单道涂覆层的组织特征 ,并得出获得致密组织较为理想的激光烧结工艺参数
Laser direct sintering forming technology is an advanced manufacturing technology developed on the basis of laser cladding technology and rapid prototyping and manufacturing technology. Its development trend is to directly manufacture metal parts. In this paper, Ni-based and Co-based alloy powders were used for laser sintering experiments. Single-pass sintering experiments were carried out by laser sintering direct forming process. The influence of different process parameters on the formability and surface quality was studied. Coated layer of the organizational characteristics, and obtained the compact structure is more ideal laser sintering process parameters
