腹腔镜下肾切除术,相对于传统的肾癌根治术,具有创伤小、切口美观、术后疼痛轻。利用腹腔镜的放大效应,局部结构显示的更清晰、更准确。便于明确病灶,边缘及血管的位置与分布,缩短平均住院日[1]。我科2012年4月19日,腹腔镜下右肾癌根治术。经过精心术前、术后护理,效果满意。现报道如下。
