长期以来,僵化的“应试教育”模式,忽略了人的个性的发展,使教与学双方都不堪重负。要跳出“应试教育”的圈子,根本一条是要转变教育观念,无论是教育者还是被教育者都应该清醒地认识到学习的过程远比结果更重要。这才是学习所追求的真正目的——强调学习过程,强调对于学习的兴趣,强调思考创新。因此,笔者认为进入新时代后,我们语文教师的首要任务必须培养学生具有新的学习要素——汲取信息、学会思考、开拓创新。一、引导学生学会汲取信息,不能囿于课本与课堂教学。要引导学生学会有选择地汲取信息,不能囿于课本教学。对尚未成熟的学生而言,他们对新事物具有一种新鲜感,因此书本以外的信息远比教材本身更有吸引力。面对这样的信息社会,教育者的责任就是要
For a long period of time, the rigid “exam-oriented education” model has neglected the development of the individual’s personality, making both teaching and learning overwhelmed. To jump out of the “test-oriented education” circle, the fundamental one is to change educational concepts.
