在恙虫的生活史各期中,可能作为传播恙虫病的媒介的是幼虫,更明确的说是尚未进食的幼虫。因此研究媒介恙虫的幼虫在孵化后未进食的情况下,在各种自然界的条件中生存的时间,在恙虫病流行病学和预防上有实践的意义。本文以恙虫病的主要媒介——地里红恙虫Trombicula akamushi var.deliensis未进食的幼虫为研究对象,观察在各种温度和湿度的条件下生存的时间。此外还附带提到有关地里红恙虫成虫寿命的材料。
In each stage of the life cycle of tsutsugamushi, the larva may be the medium for the transmission of tsutsugamushi disease, and more specifically, the larvae that have not eaten yet. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the epidemiology and prevention of scrub typhus in larvae of media tsutsugamushi in the condition of non-hatching and in various natural conditions. In this paper, the non-feeding larvae of Trombicula akamushi var. Deliensis, the main vector of scrub typhus, were selected as the research object to observe the survival time under various temperature and humidity conditions. In addition, mention is made of materials related to the life expectancy of adult R. tsutsugamushi.
