研究了显微组织对一种β钛合金抗张性能的影响。结果表明,低温时效析出的高度弥散ω和α质点,对提高强度作用不大,但当析出量达到一定数值对,两种相都使合金脆化。高于450℃时效,α相择优长大呈魏氏组织状分布,使合金的时效硬化率提高,但同时沿β晶界羽毛状长大的α相却使晶界弱化。因此为得高的综合机械性能,有个晶内强化和晶界强化的配合问题。
The effect of microstructure on the tensile properties of a β-titanium alloy was investigated. The results show that the low temperature aging precipitated highly dispersed ω and α particles, to enhance the strength of little effect, but when the amount of precipitation reaches a certain number of pairs, both phases make the alloy embrittlement. When aging at 450 ℃, the α phase grows well in the form of Weismann ’s organization, which increases the age hardening rate of the alloy, but at the same time, the grain boundary is weakened by the α phase growing along the feathering of β grain boundary. Therefore, to achieve high overall mechanical properties, there is a grain strengthening and grain boundary strengthening with the problem.
