食品安全问题是一个社会问题,因为食品的质量决定着人们的生活质量,影响着人们的健康,甚至对人们的心理都有影响。食品安全问题反映了我国食品企业社会责任的缺失,对此政府应加强企业社会责任观宣传力度及对食品企业高管人员进行社会责任知识培训,修订与社会责任相关的法律法规,加强企业社会责任的行政监管,鼓励社会监督;食品行业协会应加紧出台食品企业社会责任的标准及信息披露机制;食品企业要完善内部制度建设,设社会责任专项基金。通过上述措施促使食品企业积极履行社会责任,以生产、加工出安全、高质量的产品。
