目的:研究超声波频率、强度、作用时间、传导耦合剂对氢溴酸高乌甲素经皮吸收的影响。方法:制备氢溴酸高乌甲素凝胶,测定在不同超声波作用频率、时间和强度下,以及不同耦合剂对透皮吸收速率和累积透皮吸收量的影响。结果:随着超声频率的增大,单位面积的累积透过量、稳态透皮速率都增大;导入强度可以在一定程度上影响药物的透皮吸收;超声波导入时间在一定范围内,可以促进药物的透皮吸收。结论:超声波导入效果与其频率、强度、作用时间等参数有关,可以通过改变参数来促进氢溴酸高乌甲素的透皮吸收。
OBJECTIVE: To study the influence of ultrasonic frequency, intensity, action time and conduction coupling agent on lappaconitine hydroperoxide percutaneous absorption. Methods: The lappaconitine hydrobromide gel was prepared and the effect of different coupling agents on transdermal absorption rate and cumulative transdermal absorption under different ultrasonic frequency, time and intensity was measured. Results: With the increase of ultrasonic frequency, the cumulative permeation per unit area and the steady-state transdermal rate increased. The introduction strength could affect the transdermal absorption of the drug to some extent. The time of ultrasonic introduction was within a certain range and could promote Transdermal absorption of drugs. Conclusion: The effect of ultrasound is related to the parameters such as frequency, intensity and action time. The transdermal absorption of lappaconitine hydrobromide can be promoted by changing the parameters.
