我厂生产Φ36~75毫米的20CrMnTi、20Cr、20CrMo、40Cr、GCr15等合金结构钢和轴承钢,大部分用在拖拉机上作齿轮、轴承套等零配件。为防止在热压力加工时,因钢材皮下缺陷造成破裂,用户要求作热顶锻检验。热顶锻检验按“GB223-63金属冷热顶锻试验法”进行。即被检材料在保留原轧制面情况下,取一段高度为直径两倍的试样,在规定锻压温度范围内,锻打至1/3的高度(图1)。检查顶锻后试样侧面如无裂缝、裂口、贯裂、扯破、折迭或气泡,即认为试样合格。

To prevent the hot pressure processing, due to subcutaneous defects caused by steel rupture, the user asked for hot top forging test. Hot upset test by “GB223-63 metal hot and cold forging test method”. That is, the test material retains the original rolling surface, take a height of twice the diameter of the specimen, forging temperature range, forging to 1/3 of the height (Figure 1). Check the specimen after upset for no cracks, cracks, split, tear, fold or bubble, that the sample pass.
