采用20mA直流电,以小鼠皮为模型膜,对红花水煎液直流电离子导入体外透皮实验。以薄层扫描法测定红花黄酮类药物透过量表明离子导入法促进红花黄酮类药物透皮吸收;药物导入置随离子导入时间的延长而增加,在实验条件下药物导入量不很大,可适当增加透皮面积。
Using 20mA direct current, mouse skin as a model membrane, direct current iontophoresis of safflower decoction into transdermal experiments. The thin layer scanning method was used to determine the transmembrane flux of flavonoids, indicating that the iontophoresis method promoted the transdermal absorption of flavonoids, and the drug introduction site increased with the prolongation of the iontophoresis time. Under the experimental conditions, the drug intake was not large. Transdermal area can be appropriately increased.
