本文用Southern杂交方法分析了30例胃癌组织中P53基因的缺失和重排,发现9例(30％)有缺失或重排;用PCR-RFLP方法分析了胃癌组织中P53基因第248、249位密码子的点突变,42例中2例(4.8％)有248位密码子的点突变。
In this paper, the deletion and rearrangement of P53 gene in 30 cases of gastric cancer were analyzed by Southern hybridization. Nine cases (30%) were found to have deletions or rearrangements. PCR-RFLP was used to analyze the 248th and 249th positions of P53 gene in gastric cancer tissues. The point mutation of the codons was a point mutation of 248 codons in 2 of 42 cases (4.8%).
