目的了解广西百色市周边地区土壤中土源性线虫污染情况,为开展土源性线虫防控提供依据。方法按距市中心的远近选取4个乡镇作为调查点,每个乡镇随机选取15户农户的菜园及厕所周边进行采样,各采集1份土壤,共120份。采用改良饱和硝酸钠漂浮法检测土壤中蛔虫卵、鞭虫卵及粪类圆线虫幼虫污染情况。结果 4个乡镇土壤土源性线虫总检出率高低分别为阳圩镇高于永乐镇(χ2=11.171,P=0.001)、阳圩镇高于汪甸乡(χ2=32.116,P<0.001)、汪甸乡高于那毕村(χ2=30.488,P<0.001),永乐镇与汪甸乡差异无统计学意义(χ2=5.952,P=0.015>0.008)。粪类圆线虫检出率高于鞭虫卵检出率(χ2=15.000,P<0.001<0.017),蛔虫卵检出率与鞭虫卵检出率(χ2=5.400,P=0.020>0.017)、蛔虫卵检出率与粪类圆线虫检出率差异均无统计学意义(χ2=2.660,P=0.103)。厕所周边蛔虫卵/鞭虫卵检出率高于菜园(χ2=4.728,P<0.05)。结论百色市周边地区土壤存在土源性线虫污染,应继续加强粪便无害化处理,以降低土壤土源性线虫的污染。
Objective To understand the contamination of soil-borne nematodes in the soil around Baise City, Guangxi Province, and to provide a basis for the prevention and control of soil-borne nematodes. Methods Four villages and towns were selected as the investigation points according to the distance from the center of the city. Each township randomly selected 15 households around the vegetable garden and toilets for sampling, and each collected a total of 120 soil. A modified saturated sodium nitrate floatation method was used to detect the contamination of ascaris eggs, whipworm eggs and stinkworm larvae in soil. Results The total detection rates of soil-borne nematodes in four townships were higher than those in Yongle Town (χ2 = 11.171, P = 0.001), Yangxu Town was higher than that in Wangdian Town (χ2 = 32.116, P <0.001) (Χ2 = 30.488, P <0.001). There was no significant difference between Yongdi and Wangdian townships (χ2 = 5.952, P = 0.015> 0.008). The detection rate of Round worm was higher than that of whipworm eggs (χ2 = 15.000, P <0.001 <0.017). The detection rate of Ascaris eggs and the detection rate of whipworm eggs (χ2 = 5.400, P = 0.020> There was no significant difference in the detection rate of roundworm eggs and the detection rate of round worms (χ2 = 2.660, P = 0.103). The detection rate of roundworm egg / whipworm eggs around the toilet was higher than that of the vegetable garden (χ2 = 4.728, P <0.05). Conclusion Soil-borne nematode pollution exists in the soil around Baise City. We should continue to strengthen the harmless treatment of manure so as to reduce soil-borne nematode pollution.
