目的:考察不同方法对佛手中挥发油提取的影响。方法:应用有机溶剂回流法、通水蒸汽蒸馏法、共水蒸馏法、压榨法等方法提取佛手油,采用高效液相色谱法检测佛手内酯。结果:通水蒸汽蒸馏法和共水蒸馏法不能提取出佛手内酯。结论:水蒸汽蒸馏法可作为外用护肤的佛手油提取方法。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different methods on the extraction of volatile oil from Buddha’s hands. Methods: Bergamot oil was extracted by organic solvent reflux method, steam distillation method, co-water distillation method and pressing method. Bergamot lactone was detected by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The bergactone could not be extracted by steam distillation and co-distillation. Conclusion: Steam distillation can be used as a method of extracting bergamot oil for external skin care.
