挤压铸造(亦称液态模锻——译注)是生产近成品形工件(使熔融金属在压力下凝固)的工艺方法。此工艺将锻件的强度与整体性及铸件的经济性和结构的灵活性溶为一体。挤压铸造工艺具有一整套独特的技术要求。要想生产出合格的铸件,必须严格遵守技术要求。本文列举了挤压铸件的11种组织缺陷,如氧化夹杂、气孔、挤压偏析、中心线偏析、起泡、充型不足、冷隔、热裂、粘模、表面脱接、挤压脱接。本文将讨论上述缺陷产生的原因并研究如何将已取得的挤压铸造工艺经验进一步应用于新的生产领域。
Squeeze casting (also known as liquid forging - Annotation) is the production of near-finished workpieces (molten metal under pressure to solidification) process. This process combines the strength and integrity of the forgings with the economics and structural flexibility of the castings. Squeeze casting process has a unique set of unique technical requirements. In order to produce qualified castings, we must strictly abide by the technical requirements.
