目的了解维吾尔族年轻人的成年型糖尿病家系膳食结构特点。方法采用半定量食物频率问卷调查方法,对新疆地区年轻人的成年型糖尿病家系成员进行横断面调查。结果 MODY家系成员主要食物为谷类、畜禽肉类、奶蛋类,蔬菜水果、豆类及制品达不到推荐量,鱼虾类几乎不食用;三大营养素均超标摄入;钙、维生素C摄入不足,磷、钾、钠、镁、铁等摄入超标。结论维吾尔族特有的饮食结构导致维吾尔族MODY家系成员膳食营养的不合理,维吾尔族MO-DY家系饮食结构需调整或应改革饮食习惯。
Objective To understand the dietary characteristics of the Uygur young adults with pedigree diabetes. Methods A semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire was used to investigate the cross-sectional investigation of adult diabetes family members of young people in Xinjiang. Results The main foodstuffs of MODY family members did not reach the recommended level for cereals, livestock and poultry meat, milk and eggs, fruits and vegetables, beans and products, and almost no consumption of fish and shrimp; the three major nutrients exceeded the standard intake; calcium and vitamin C Inadequate intake of phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron and other intake exceeded. Conclusion The dietary structure of Uighur MODY family members is unreasonable due to the special dietary structure of Uyghur people. The diet of Uygur MO-DY family members needs to be adjusted or dietary habits should be changed.
