针对当今大学生的就业形势,对大学生择业问题的研究十分重要和必要。采用问卷调查等研究方法,在分析影响大学生择业动机的内部、外部因素的基础上,对苏州大学体育学院体育教育专业学生的职业意向明确时间、就业前的态度、择业理想要求的选择、期望的工作岗位、就业信息查询的频率和主要途径、择业首选的地区或城市以及择业过程中所受的外部影响等内容进行调查与分析,为了帮助大学生树立正确的择业观,引起全社会的关注,共同做好大学生就业的思想教育及其相关工作。
