根据流体动力润滑理论,建立冷挤压流体动力润滑模型,并将该模型引入有限变形弹塑性有限元中,对摩擦边界条件进行处理,得到冷挤压工艺中工件内部应力、应变的分布。
According to the hydrodynamic lubrication theory, a cold extrusion hydrodynamic lubrication model is established, and the model is introduced into the finite deformation elasto-plastic finite element method to deal with the friction boundary conditions. The distribution of internal stress and strain in the cold extrusion process is obtained.
