目的探究食品理化检验中样品前处理技术的应用以及意义。方法在食品理化检验中样品前处理采用微波消解技术,找出整个过程中所存在的问题,从而探究一种操作较为简便,同时费用较低的样品前处理方法。结果在进行食品样品前处理的过程中,应对其微波消解的温度、消解时间以及压力等进行相应的控制,同时对试剂量的选择进行控制,以免消解液出现赶酸现象,并对砷实行预还原以及上机检测,以此来降低赶酸形成微量损伤的发生率,将整个操作步骤进行简便化,从而提升整体检测率,检测结果具有良好的稳定性。结论在食品检测前处理中选择微波消解,能够有效提升其检测效率。
Objective To explore the application and significance of sample pretreatment in food physical and chemical testing. Methods In the process of physical and chemical testing of food, the sample digestion technique was used to find the problems existing in the whole process. Thus, a sample pretreatment method with simpler operation and lower cost was explored. Results During the pretreatment of food samples, the temperature, digestion time and pressure of microwave digestion should be controlled accordingly. At the same time, the selection of reagent amount should be controlled so as to avoid the occurrence of catch-up acid in the digestion solution, Reduction and on-board testing, in order to reduce the occurrence of hurricane trace formation injury, the entire operation steps to simplify, so as to enhance the overall detection rate, the test results have good stability. Conclusion The microwave digestion in the pretreatment of food testing can effectively improve the detection efficiency.
