本试验以骨氟和牙氟含量为基础,利用分光光度法对日服15.0~60.0mgNaF/kg 体重100天家兔的血清酶进行了较为系统的测定并通过组织匀浆测定了主要软组织的酶活性。结果表明,血清、脑、骨骼肌和心肌的 CPK(磷酸肌酸激酶)活性均显著增强(p<0.01,P<0.05),且其活性与血清肌酐含量呈一致性变化。血清 AKP(硷性磷酸酶)活性与剂量呈正相关,但经56±0.5℃灭活15分钟后,C、D 组灭活率分别为80%和87%,故认为其活性增强为骨源性的。未发现 GPT(谷丙转氢酶)、GOT(谷草转氨酶)、LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)、CE(胆硷酯酶)和 Cp(铜氧化酶)的活性变化或规律性变化。
In this experiment, based on the bone fluoride and dental fluoride content, the spectrophotometric method was used to measure the serum enzyme of 15.0 ~ 60.0mgNaF / kg body weight of rabbit for 100 days.
