罐头二重卷边结构由卷边外部规格和卷边内部规格两部分构成。 卷边外部规格一般是外观检查几种密封形成的缺陷及测定卷边厚度(T)卷边宽度(W)埋头度(C)及计算垂唇度(D)。卷边内部规格主要测定和计算身钩宽度(BH),盖钩宽度(CH),内部垂唇度(Di),重合长度(OL)重合率(OL%)及外观检查皱纹。 对于T,W,C,BH,CH可以用罐头工业专用卡尺或游标卡尺直接进行测定,而对于D,Di,OL,OL%要在测定基础上再进行计算或查表才能得到结果,对于在不同内径下使用不同厚度的马口铁二重卷边规格尺寸及其示意图如表1,图1,2,3所示。
