目的:研究丹参药材的热不稳定性,并对丹参药材提取工艺进行优化。方法:优选提取方式后通过正交试验,分别以丹参药材酚酸类和二萜醌类成分的含量为指标,考察提取时间、冷浸时间、溶剂浓度、溶剂用量对丹参药材提取工艺的影响。结果:丹参药材的最佳提取工艺为70%甲醇40mL,20℃控温超声提取1.0h。结论:优选的控温超声提取工艺适合提取丹参药材热不稳定成分。
Objective: To study the thermal instability of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and to optimize the extraction technology of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Methods: After orthogonal experiment, the content of phenolic acids and diterpene quinones in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was selected as the index to study the influence of extraction time, cold soaking time, solvent concentration and solvent dosage on the extraction of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Results: The optimal extraction process of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was 40mL of 70% methanol and ultrasonic wave was extracted for 1.0h under the temperature of 20 ℃. Conclusion: The optimum temperature-controlled ultrasonic extraction process is suitable for the extraction of thermolabile components of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.
