多年来,北仑区“三位一体”的区域化党建模式一直走在全省乃至全国前列,在优化基层党组织设置、加强党的领导、推进基层社会治理现代化等方面,成效显著。近年来,该区在经济社会快速发展的同时,面临着社会治理和政治协调等方面的新常态。为此,北仑探索出台了首个区域化党建五年规划,以期“三位一体”模式能盘活更多党建资源,从而在新常态中具有更强的适配性。这在全国独树一帜。
Over the years, the Beilun District “Trinity ” model of regionalization has always been at the forefront of the province and even the whole country. It has achieved remarkable results in terms of optimizing the establishment of grass-roots party organizations, strengthening party leadership and promoting the modernization of grass-roots social governance. In recent years, the rapid economic and social development in the area has also come under the new normal of social governance and political coordination. To this end, Beilun explores and promulgates the first five-year plan for regionalized party building in the hope that the “three in one” model will activate more party-building resources and thus have a stronger adaptability in the new normal. This is unique in the country.
