目的:对松花粉多糖硫酸酯化前后清除超氧阴离子自由基(O2-.)和羟自由基(.OH)的作用进行比较。方法:用荧光分光光度法检测松花粉多糖及其硫酸酯体外清除O2-.和.OH的作用。结果:松花粉多糖硫酸酯化前后对活性氧自由基均有一定的清除作用,酯化后对O2-.的清除能力增强(P<0.01),对.OH的清除能力降低(P<0.01)。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of scavenging superoxide anion (O2-.) and hydroxyl radical (.OH) before and after sulfation of pine pollen polysaccharide. Methods: The effect of pine pollen polysaccharide and its sulfate ester on the clearance of O2-.and.OH in vitro was detected by fluorescence spectrophotometry. Results: After sulfation of pine pollen polysaccharides, there was a certain scavenging effect on the active oxygen free radicals. After esterification, the scavenging ability of O2-. was increased (P<0.01), and the scavenging ability of .OH was decreased (P<0.01). .
