现有文化产业概念不清晰和范畴不明确,造成地方文化实践已经远远超过既有文化产业的统计标准范畴,呈现出“泛文化产业”的现象。本文认为泛文化产业的产生是由于对文化概念不同的认知造成的,并分析了历史文化产业、旅游文化产业、民族文化产业、科技文化产业、特色文化产业和公共文化产业六种主要的泛文化产业实践,从地理学角度探讨泛文化产业实践之于地方的必要性、在县域及以下尺度集聚的必然性以及文化产业知识的传播的转化过程,最终提出针对泛文化产业发展的对策建议。
The existing concept of cultural industries is not clear and the scope is not clear, resulting in local cultural practices far beyond the scope of statistical standards of existing cultural industries, showing a “pan-cultural industry” phenomenon. This paper argues that the emergence of ubiquitous culture is caused by the different cognition of cultural conception, and the analysis of six major kinds of ubiquitous features of historical culture, tourism culture, national culture, science and technology, special culture and public culture Cultural industry practice, from the perspective of geography to explore the necessity of pan culture industry practice in place, inevitability of concentration in the county and the following scales and the transmission of cultural industry knowledge conversion process, and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of pan culture industry.
