采取田间处理和室内培养相结合的方法,对败育型(3631)和正常类型(4936×U8)玉米杂交种进行了乙烯与籽粒发育及败育关系的研究。结果表明,败育类型品种授粉后8h乙烯释放量明显高于正常类型,且在以后1~2d内维持较高水平。田间在穗部处理和室内培养处理均表明乙烯明显影响籽粒败育,增加败育。由此可见,乙烯在籽粒发育和败育发生中起着重要作用。
The combination of field treatment and indoor culture was used to study the relationship between ethylene and grain development and abortion in aborted (3631) and normal (4936 × U8) maize hybrids. The results showed that the ethylene release of aborted lines was significantly higher than that of normal lines 8 h after pollination and maintained at a high level within 1 ~ 2 days. Field treatment in the spike and indoor culture treatment showed that ethylene significantly affect the abortion of the abortion, increase abortion. Thus, ethylene plays an important role in the development of grain and abortion.
