对于一般油气田,用注气的方法提高采收率是常用的方法,但向煤层中注氮气以提高采收率却是新技术。普通气藏的碳氢化合物是圈闭在岩石空隙间,而煤层中的甲烷是附着在煤表面的,形象地说就是气把煤“润湿”了,要把甲烷从煤中采出,就要把煤“弄干”。Amoco公司使用的干燥剂就是氮气。 Amoco公司首先在实验室中研究“氮注入”技术。实验步骤如下: 1.用分离器将氮气从空气中分离出来。 2.通过压缩机将氮气压缩至10.3MPa(约等于煤层压力)。
